Uma Thurman did not hit the red carpet in her iconic yellow Kill Bill bodysuit, but she surely did slay in Paris on Thursday.
The 46-year-old star kicked off the holiday season at the City of Love’s Printemps department store, where fans eagerly watched her honor the retailer’s lush new holiday windows. For the occasion, Thurman cut a chic figure in an all-black two-piece ensemble that consisted of a sleeveless tuxedo-like blazer styled with a sheer pleated midiskirt and bejeweled pumps and complemented the Jimmy Choo versions that filled the window display.
According to WWD, the windows took 650 hours to create and are the result of collaboration between the shoe designer, David Yurman and Bonpoint. And while her look was enough to kill it, it’s the cutting of the ribbon that took us back to the actress’s weapon-wielding days on-screen.

Thurman slipped her fingers into an oversize pair of scissors to snip the ribbon in front of the Printemps windows with Paolo Cesare, the brand’s CEO.
